Inconvénients
My experience at Sentienz was overwhelmingly negative and draining. The work environment was chaotic, with little regard for employee well-being or work-life balance. Under Santosh Naik’s management, workloads were excessive, with unrealistic deadlines that left no room for personal time. Expectations were often unclear, leading to constant rework and late hours just to keep up. This relentless pace created a high-stress environment where burnout was common and largely ignored by management. Communication and guidance from leadership were minimal, leaving employees in the dark on important decisions and changes. Promises of growth and development went unfulfilled, with little support for those trying to advance or improve their skills. The result was a demoralizing atmosphere where high turnover was the norm and morale was perpetually low. I would not recommend Sentienz to anyone seeking a sustainable or supportive work environment. Overall worst company to join for anyone think twice before joining. People like Santosh Naik will make your life miserable and hell. Please please stay away from culture less companies like these!
