      Avantages

      Our Data Center and IoT markets are going up, and we have some technology to ride the wave.

      Inconvénients

      Weak leadership. We have an opportunity to grow (and talent that wants to lead the market) and break out of being average, but CEO allows weak leadership that resists change with business units and operations. CEO talks about a great culture but shows no follow through with the behavior of many members of his team.
