      Avantages

      A very intense and comprehensive training program. They are determined to make sure you succeed. Half of that is on the individual though. You have to put in your own work as well. Something of not I have met with and talked to the CEO who comes around often and makes sure everyone is having a good time and enjoys the environment. Lot's of fun and crazy antics everywhere.

      Inconvénients

      They feed you all the time... The con is I have no impulse control and will likely gain more weight ;)

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Inconvénients

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
