Very liberal dress code, extremely flexible work schedule, good pay, good benefits.
Inconvénients
Company is very disorganized, largely a result of being acquired. Very unstable enviornment. Each department is it's own little world, so you're employment experience is largely dependent on who you work for, not corporate personality. Large numbers of employees seem to collect salaries for doing nothing.
