      - interessante und überwiegend nette, hilfsbereite und humorvolle Kollegen

      Inconvénients

      - hohe Fluktuation - unmögliches übergeordnetes Vorgesetztenverhalten - Überstunden werden aufgezwungen und nicht bezahlt. - Chefnachwuchs flirtet während dem "Einstellungsgespräch" mit anderen Mitarbeitern - Lohnzahlung lässt lange auf sich warten, tlw. nur nach mehrmaligem Intervenieren ausgezahlt - hauptsache der Chef fährt Porsche - Kleidung und Reinigung wurde in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl Privatsachen verwendet wurden - total resistent gegen Verbesserungsvorschläge - Tätigkeiten monoton, pimitiv und trostlos

      Avantages

      Salary comes on time. Colleagues are very kind and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Weekly working schedule comes often very late. (Not even a week, just days before). No onboarding, no point of contact for new employees. Working conditions are careless, bad and strict. Very exhausting and draining job. Employee is not an important matter there.
