      Great company atmosphere. Very family oriented and understanding of work-life balance. Profit sharing every year for cash and retirement funding. Good first job.

      Inconvénients

      Company pays below average when compared to similar jobs. Management team is fairly stable which makes it difficult to continue progressing.
