Avantages

SageKey Software has a great set of values and management tries very hard to ensure they are spread throughout the company. The company offers flexible schedules, a positive work atmosphere, and generous add-ons: bonuses, lunches, etc.

Inconvénients

Employee development is currently not up to where it should be. That being said, the company is aware of this and is working at finding a solution.

Avantages

SageKey offers a flexible schedule, and management truly cares about the team (team, not employees). SageKey believes in family first, then business. Of course we're all here to make money, but in the end, the managers at SageKey feel that by taking care of the family first, good things will come!

Inconvénients

SageKey is challenged by the diverse set of client needs. That said, forecasting volume can be stressful at times.
