      Avantages

      Yearly vacation. Flexible schedules. You can meet some interesting people.

      Inconvénients

      Low wages. No room for career advancement unless you become a lifer. Raises take forever. Safeway demands too much for little pay.

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
