Avantages

General company attitude of work/life balance good. Large stable company that's close to us Central Valley folk to commute to.

Inconvénients

Lower than market pay. Upper management not as polished as you'd find in tech/sillicon valley. Very coporate and political.

Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

Inconvénients

When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
