Perspective commerciale
Avantages
It's an ideal place if you are a Tester, an Analyst and in some cases a Developer as well. With some exceptions, it is not a stressful place without overtimes and strict deadlines. The colleagues are friendly and it is a good place if you want to have a steady job and make plans for the next 3-4 years.
Inconvénients
A big part of Intrasofts manpower has moved there, and not the good part. Most of the older employees know each other with the result of covering and embracing each other. Some has taken highly ranked positions without the right credentials and in some cases the familiarity they have with the director creates a big problem.
