      freedom of work because poor management

      company lacks structure and management. Every one is out for themselves and no communication between departments

      The only good thing about this place is constant work

      Inconvénients

      Management is not the best within my years of experience it seems that other departments are against each other and most employees are very underpaid for the amount of work and the bonuses could be considered a joke
