Perspective commerciale
Avantages
At the office level, most of the employees are great. The type of work is interesting and the group managers care about their team.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, this company acquired a smaller private engineering firm that always put their billable employees first. Since that acquisition, there have been an exponential number of people promoted to a VP, Board, Director, or Executive position with little justification on why we need so many people in these higher positions. The concern for employee retention is minimal.
