      Avantages

      Students have natural potential that can be developed with strong leadership, high expectations, and execution. Also, the EL model is second to none. With great execution, this model will see great results. (English classes have two teachers: Core ELA teacher and a EL specialist)

      Turnover among staff is very high. Students run school and discipline is lacking for them. Can feel unsafe.
