      Avantages

      Provided career advancement to few folks. Opportunities/challenges were there for the taking when people stood up for challenges. Few folks also got to rise fast.

      Inconvénients

      Low confidence on people leading the company. Very short sighted. Employee Morale was almost throughout low. Employee's were very distrustful of people at the top. It was in many cases, "I have taken a decision, come lets implement it as a team". There was difference in actions/words of people at the top...

      Avantages

      The company location and it's VP are the only two pros to this business.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no reviews, no raises, you are constantly micromanaged, moral is awful, not OSHA compliant, no coffee or even water provided, Management is very disorganized and contradictory, no accolades only complaints, no room for advancement and a dirty office.
