      Avantages

      Senko is a great company to work for. I have been here for 26 years. Their benefits are incredible, they offer Medical, life and dental benefits and not to mention 401 K program. Great atmosphere and great people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Wish we could work remotely.

      I've had a generally positive experience working at Senko. The company offers strong benefits, including health care, paid time off and good 401K match. The work environment is supportive, and management is generally approachable. I've had opportunities to grow and feel like my contributions are valued.

      Inconvénients

      Salary increases can be uncertain when the business is slow, or with no clearly defined structure. It can be hard to know what to expect in terms of compensation growth, even with strong performance.
