      Avantages

      Helping to make a difference in the world of LTC is rewarding Work schedule is flexible to meet my needs. I love working from home Corporate support is great. I never feel like I am facing a problem alone. Most of all, the people I work with are the best in the business.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes workload can seem impossible to complete working 24/7 sometimes due to people shortages not a 9-5 job. You are on-call 24/7

      Avantages

      Easy the employees are nice an helpful for the most part

      Inconvénients

      Pay is terrible for the wear and tear of your vehicle, 2 weeks pay waiting period. Long distances very tiring. Shifts are in the evening mostly, so make it back late night. The first day was rather, ghetto/unprofessional but I made it through. Rather do DoorDash.
