      - Work/life balance is good - Customers are friendly - Benefits packages are pretty good

      Inconvénients

      - Management talks about promoting from within, but looks for outside talent frequently - Pay is much lower than similar banks - Managment pays very little attention to employee feedback - There is a great deal of bickering and back-stabbing among employees
