      Avantages

      Good People, lots of snacks and dogs in the office.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is confused. Financial outlook is shaky. Everything about this company is tenuous. Continuously overestimating the market niche and failing to meet expectations. Products are not designed on data-driven iterative design paradigms, they are only developed by the whims of upper management. People know nothing because they don't know what the general direction they should go is. Have also missed or been late to several payrolls and ended up lying to employees about the reasoning. Overbearing management that feels the need to micromanage every employee and is a decisive lynchpin for almost every aspect of every project.

      Avantages

      Really great work environment. Everyone is very supportive and friendly, it really feels like a family. Awesome healthy snacks and drinks and gym opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      While there are opportunities to gain more income it would be awesome if the base pay was higher, there's a lot of work that happens in a day.

      Avantages

      Great product, relaxed environment, fair pay, cool coworkers, convenient location

      Inconvénients

      I have been in sales for the better part of a decade, and never have I seen a platform with so much potential be muted and halted in the market by a undeveloped, ambiguous sales process. If you have pre-existing sales experience, you might be able to power through. If not, your getting thrown in the deep end and the lifeguards don't know the pool rules.
