Avantages
Employees work remotely, but you are still able to form friendships and form a work family.
Inconvénients
C Suite executives don’t communicate regularly with lower level employees and are not transparent; management promises changes are coming, but they have been saying that for years and nothing has changed; they pay way under the average salary amounts; constant rollouts of new initiatives and programs before they are fully vetted; the way the bonus is structured, it’s almost impossible to get your full bonus; bonuses are very low for AMs and SAEs.
