Beautiful place to work - gardens and building are interesting and stunning.

They under pay most of their staff, paying a salary without contracted hours, they push you to work as many hours as possible (many were doing between 50 - 70 hour weeks) so it ends up that your hourly rate of pay is below minimum wage which is illegal. The building is falling apart and I don't think each company that buys it can keep up with the maintenance costs. There are leaks, broken lifts, broken hot tubs and rasuls, broken windows - you name it!

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, variety of people, free staff dinner relaxed atmosphere. Peacocks, rabbits and squirrels everywhere, its a castle!
