      Avantages

      It's a great place to be: interesting people and good conditions to conduct research

      Inconvénients

      If you have to teach it'll be too much of teaching: you get 3 or 4 recitations each section having around 30 students and you then have to grade weekly quizzes.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
