      Avantages

      Remote work is great. Travel benefits are amazing. Vacation and healthcare are very good too. The coworkers are amazing. The clients are generally fun to be around too.

      Inconvénients

      Life on the road is hard. The travel industry sucks right now but I hope we’re on the right track. No 401k match, which really makes saving for the long term a whole lot harder. Always a lot of work. Lots of changes.

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Inconvénients

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Avantages

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
