      The Benefits are what keep most people there

      Inconvénients

      Aggressive patients. No team work , short staffed all the time, and mandated overtime for another whole shift without offering another day off or anything. .and if you call in after the mandated overtime. You get threatened with a write up . Stating you get 8hours to go home and sleep.
