      1. Good salary, 2. Time fixed

      Inconvénients

      1. No job Security, 2. Bad manners by Director, they treat employee like as a maid servant, 3. This is absolute LALA company, 4. I personally never advise to anybody to do job, 4. They have no benefit like PF and Mediclaim.

      Avantages

      Teaches you how to balance multiple projects at once. Also teaches you how to budget in excel and making specific formatting such as conditional formatting.

      Avantages

      The company provides exposure to good projects and opportunities to learn. However, one of the key challenges employees face is job security, as many find themselves under pressure every 3–6 months to retain their roles. Women employees, especially after returning from maternity leave, can feel a lack of support and respect despite their contributions during and after pregnancy.
