      meaningful work and good colleagues

      Inconvénients

      awful management, hypocritical beliefs, impossible expectation, terrible benefits. The Executive Director has never held a job in her life and doesn't know how to manage others.

      Avantages

      Plenty of opportunities to contribute, directors are nice and treat others with respect.

      Inconvénients

      They are a little disorganized which leads to employees having to take on more responsibilities than they are supposed to.

      Avantages

      Good pay (due to private funding), and a great mission.

      Inconvénients

      Some toxic coworkers favored by upper management for reasons unknowns. Other coworkers are collaborative, friendly, and intelligent though.
