      Avantages

      Ruan is a small company and when time permits I was able to talk to other IT departments to learn about their fields.

      Inconvénients

      Ruan IT has ignorant, outdated and arrogant management. The manager of computer services is not skilled at today's latest trends in the desktop environment and relies on other managers. He lacks the ability to manage, when I started he managed six employees and was reduced to two employees then once due to his lack of ability to manage employees.

      Avantages

      The pay is good. The jobs is enjoyable and rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      Management. The people in charge are horrible. They pick and choose who the like and who they don't. It doesn't matter how hard you work if they don't like you you'll never go anywhere. They will backstab you and lead you into situations to make you look bad. And if you dare to actually shine because of your work you manager will make sure you're look like a fool. Manager used to randomly call at 0200 and if you didn't answer it was a right up. Expect you to always be on call.
