Work was fine but not worth the time I put in

No room for pay raise in this economy even though I worked with them for 3 years now. Some of the managers are really bad at their jobs and many of the female managers are annoyed and stressed a lot. The work is pretty demanding as we're losing money and having to outsource to Africa Company keeps getting by another business almost each year so mandate training happens more frequently Only offer 20 days annual leave and bellow market pay
