      Avantages

      I"ve never been with a company that not only cares so much about the staff but is willing to go out of their way to make sure they have the tools to succeed. They truly put their clients and staff as the highest priority. It is refreshing to know that if you have a question or concern there is always someone to help you thru it.

      Inconvénients

      Coming from a different field there is a learning curve which is to be expected, but nothing that with time you can't overcome.

      Great people that work hard and support each other.

      None that I can think of that aren't normal for any other workplace.

      Avantages

      A boss who isn't from the area and who likes to not show up to in person meetings

      Inconvénients

      You will have zero support from admin staff- you will have a virtual assistant from Signapor that is actually quiet good. But with that said, they just got rid of the Nashua office, so everypne now WFH and if that doens't tell you the direction that they are headed in what will...training VA for your position, and they will take what they can get from you. No real vacation time- Handbook states unlimited, HA HA you won't get a day off nevermind a vacation.
