      - Possibly high stress and lack of work/life balance (depending on project) - General lack of training, 'learn on the job' - Lower salary and bonuses compared to other MNC's - Management style of certain managers leave much to be desired

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
