8yWe value an inclusive and equitable culture across all teams at Rover. Members of the LGBTQIA community are represented across the company, including in senior leadership roles. We have a robust anti discrimination policy which gives employees many mechanisms to share any concerns or issues they may see at Rover. We encourage employees to share their feedback and take advantage of the channels we've provided (including Anonymous Feedback Forms, the Equity and Diversity Committee etc) and also have an anti retaliation policy to protect those who voice concerns.
We have never terminated an employee for voicing complaints about our culture. That said, we are always looking for ways to improve our culture, better train our managers and foster an even more inclusive work environment at Rover.
