When you spend the majority of your week working you need to be happy and comfortable; I have been with Routes nearly a year and it feels like I have been here a lot longer - time has flown by with no problems or upset. I enjoy coming to work as my team have become like family and other teams have become close friends, There is always a happy environment within Rhouse and support ranging from other team members/managers through to our mental health first aider who always answers regardless of how busy she may be.
We have a vast range of apprenticeship programmes alongside our employed job of which I am currently undertaking; being given the option to work towards a national diploma whilst bringing in an income is a great opportunity!.
Friendly environment and great team, no day is ever the same. Great training at times and good support system. Up and coming.

Breaks never happen. Involved in everyone's role, IT recruitment, HR, case manger, Co Ordinator. If you go above and beyond not always noticed as their are definite favorites in the team.
