Avantages
If you are, as I was, a favorite, you will be treated well enough. High turnover rates allows you to meet new people on a weekly basis.
Inconvénients
I worked with Corporate, HR, and closely with the CEO and Chairwoman among other Officers. They do not care about their employees, of which there are two groups - the ones that have been there forever and the newer, younger ones who leave within months. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a family owned business. You would be working for men who have inherited the company and their children. Regardless of your education, experience, seniority, or performance, you can expect to never move beyond a management position. The office is a breeding ground for suspicion as older employees vie for favor by "one upping" their coworkers and reporting to their superiors.
In all, Rousso, Santa Fe, and AGI are an all together stagnant, toxic work environment that does little for your bank account.
