      Decent medical for employee. Overtime options for most employees. Company Lunches.

      Inconvénients

      Chronically behind schedule, putting employees on the spot for management issues. Inter-department communication is nearly non-existent. Little to no room for growth in nearly every position.

      Avantages

      Positive and collaborative work environment. Teams work well together and support each other. Company has made a complete 180 after removing ineffective management, and it only keeps getting better. They are committed to growing and supporting employees long term.
