8yThis is Adam Roth and I wanted to directly respond to your review personally. I am always saddened when someone separates from our Company, and I wanted to respond to the points in your review:
1. Our organization is strong and we must always continue to recognize our top performing Coworkers and teams. We take Coworkers and their families (well in excess of 40) on a very nice trip to show our appreciation for their contributions to our Company.
2. We did close a branch last week that had not been profitable in the over two years that it had been open. Like all healthy Companies, we ask that Coworkers and teams grow their business and achieve reasonable desired outcomes. We all share in your disappointment, but I also have a financial responsibility to our Company to show a return on our investments.
3. Speaking of investments, we plan to increase our overall headcount this year by 15-20% while opening several new branches/markets.
I certainly understand your position. It is an awkward balance at times – we must recognize and motivate our top performers while also making thoughtful, and sometimes difficult, business decisions to keep our Company healthy and performing at the highest level.
