Roth Staffing's purpose is "To make life better for the people we serve." This truly comes out with the way that they treat their employees internally and people outside the company as well. - Management team at local, regional, and corporate levels are incredibly supportive and give clear direction on expectations and a success path for development within the company....You can tell that they truly care about you and want you to succeed. I have been with the company for over 5 years and this is one of biggest reasons that I stay with the company. I could never work with another staffing company :)
Inconvénients
- I do not really consider this a con, but if you do not love both recruiting and sales, you will not enjoy your position. You have to be passionate about both and be able to manage your time effectively to be successful. I LOVE IT!
