Avantages
This organization is great if you are looking to experience cross-functional roles. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to experience different job scopes in just one company, where most people would have to move across organizations to do so. There are great mentors in the company too, if you know where to look. I would also say that the hours are such that they allow for a "work-life balance", so it is definitely suitable for parents as well as young adults looking to experience life outside of work.
Inconvénients
The increments are not exactly the best in the market, but certainly not the worst. So I would suggest to establish your objectives before deciding to apply and/or work here.
