      Avantages

      Everyone is very friendly. good place to work in general.

      Inconvénients

      hours is big big problems. i am a casual and sometimes i have 15 hours a week but sometimes i have like 3 hours. i get 3 hours 45 mins shift so that that they dont have to send me to break.

      Avantages

      I got to do it all at RBL, the younger label. Learned the runnings of a small/mid size RTW company. I had the best designer, Bee, mentoring me.

      Inconvénients

      The people who called the shots did not understand fashion so it was sometimes hard convincing them about expertise. Some office politics.
