      There was no delay in salary

      Inconvénients

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)

      1. Remote working options are not available in a city that is plagued by traffic. Most in person meetings that happen could have been an email. 2. The purpose of the app changes every quarter and it is very unclear as to what is being built through the app. 3. There is a general lack of understanding of what the audience wants and what is being provided to them. 4. Micro-managers are dime a dozen. 5. What are we really solving for and does anyone watch the content on the app? Real questions are unanswered. 6. Promotions are based on like-ability over skill set.
