      Avantages

      Easy to make friends with coworkers, occasional work parties and team building events.

      Inconvénients

      30 minute breaks on 12 hour shifts, excessive firing, unorganized management, infrequent raises. Unnecessarily stressful environment.

      We're sorry to hear that these were takeaways from your time on our team. Please know that we have many measures in place that intend to do deliver an experience to our stores teams that's quite different from your feedback. For example, we only schedule shifts 4-7 hours long at the maximum. In terms of terminations and management, we strive to keep open lines of communication with frequent 1:1 store manager check-ins with teams and quarterly feedback sessions and surveys to ensure store-level feedback can be addressed by management as necessary.       Avantages

      Company events, Free coffee, staff outings.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism, The lack of diversity is unbelievable, poor management, no benefits and they don’t make that clear at all, petty drama, no room to move up, micro aggressions, confusing policies no one is ever on the same page with anything and every store has different health protocol, different training protocols and no store or manger is on the same page with recipes, cleaning procedures, dress code and they are never clear with anything.
