With this change in leadership came unrelenting hours of meetings, fierce competitiveness amongst staff as the new leader brings in buddies from all his past companies, far-fetched expectations about what will get accomplished quarter and quarter and more.
Inconvénients
7-8 hours of meetings at times, no time to get actual work done during your normal workday. Many people gripe about having to work through their evenings to get ready for yet another day of meetings. Aggressive behavior from coworkers in order to preserve their job. People are all talking about leaving or actually leaving. Some without any notice.
