      Horrible culture Unqualified/uneducated managers who naturally feel threatened by knowledgeable people C-suite has no backbone; 1 is stuck in his past while the other has a questionable relationship with the inept person driving the decisions of the entire company Lack of vision

      Avantages

      Co-workers are great for the most part. Work/ life balance is surprisingly good. Benefits are decent.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is pretty horrible and cares very little for employees. Weird mix of getting no direction but also being micromanaged. Clear favoritism from upper management. Pay raises and advancement opportunities is very low.
