      Higher management is approachable and friendly

      Inconvénients

      Lacks inter-team/ department synergy, Passive-aggressive office politics, Sometimes Senior Management does not know what they want, or lacks communication skills, and forces decisions on juniors by breaking the work process and not caring about or listening to their expertise or ideas. Very minimal to non-research-based work and decisions. Only 1 off day ( 6 work days). Last but not least, all the benefits and promises from the HR can sometimes be misleading and

      1. Good learning opportunities 2. good behavior enforced by upper management 3. good for someone early in their career, so they can prove themselves

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary below market rate 2. HR talks sweet at first, but later becomes very unprofessional whenever you need support from them 3. In fighting among managers can get you in trouble
