Nice location, competitive salary, good benefits package, hybrid working, three days a week on site. Growing company, mostly by acquisition of other companies.
Inconvénients
Blame culture, back-stabbing, under-resourced, poor work-life balance for some, and seniors using foul language.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, thank you. Our new Managing Director , Marc Overton, has spent his first 100 days in office listening to more than 200 Roke colleagues and customers and is now working with senior leadership to reignite our business and make Roke the best place to work for everyone. The role of our leaders will be to inspire, support, enable, elevate standards, drive opportunity and foster a positive culture for every person in the business. We are also introducing changes to our approach to flexible working to enhance work/life balance for our people.

Transition from contract to permanent can take some adjustment.
Lots of interesting work available, which can make it hard to choose what to get involved in.
Having spent nearly four years at Roke, I can truly say it is one of the best companies I have worked for. I am incredibly proud of our work and feel privileged to work with such talented individuals whose innovative work I cannot even begin to understand.
Of course, like any business, we have had both good and bad days, but I can honestly say that Roke care about their employees and provide a lot of support when needed, as I have experienced myself recently.
While there are some areas for improvement, I have nothing but positive to say about Roke. It is all about your personal outlook on life and appreciation. It can be challenging as is every business, but I feel like I am here for the long haul and I am excited about what is to come.

Career progression and L&D feels limited at the moment, however, I’m aware that new career pathways are being developed which is encouraging
