      Avantages

      Good work environment. Management and fellow employees are good to work with. Receive two weeks paid vacation and all federal holidays off. Matching 401k up to a certain percentage. Management works with employees should anything come up.

      Inconvénients

      There is a heavy work load. Processes aren't as efficient as they should be.

      Avantages

      Work is contracting for NASA at JSC in Houston at the Measurement Standards and Calibration Laboratory. Good team of technicians and support staff. Working for NASA is rewarding and challenging.

      Inconvénients

      Rohmann Services is not an employee friendly company. It consists of 4 or 5 people in San Antonio who provide HR services and do a poor job of that. No technical support from corporate entity at all. Poor benefits package, i.e., no 401K match, high costs of health insurance, etc. They will not be fair with your vacation benefits - you will get taken on this. They will terminate you at the drop of a hat.without severance of any kind.
