      Avantages

      Very flexible on time. A clean and quiet professional environment.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of formal training, no employment manual, and the principal owner is very flakey. Try to get an employment offer in a written contract as to protect oneself. View the company as a minor league farm team instead of a major league professional team that it has the promise to be.

      Thank you for helping me make the Company better. Since this review was posted I now provide to employees and contractors a copy of the employee handbook. Generally when I bring on a contractor I go through the nations largest accounting temp agency and all contracts are handled by the temp agency.
