I've had the pleasure of working at Rocscience for 5 years as a project manager and full-stack developer, and I can confidently say it has been a truly rewarding experience. Inconvénients
The same struggles exist probably in any job, but I do find that it can be challenging juggling wearing many hats and competing priorities, especially as I've grown more senior in my role. However, the challenge is worth it, as it allows me to gain experience and contribute to many aspects of the company.
