      Management's ability to motivate and retain employees are hindered by private equity. Pressure to make up for departing staff is very stressful. Time to move on.

      Avantages

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
