(This is about Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg Germany, I don't experience within Pharma but I heard it is much better) The environment is not international although they claimed to be an international company. People are not incentivized to be creative and make processes faster and more efficient, but just to follow the status quo, no matter how old or outdated they are.
