      Avantages

      Easy to get information you needed to get your work completed. Goals were defined and attainable - if you did your job. Training was good and not a complete waste of time like some companies. You were allowed to work your territory the way you needed to in order to get the business.

      Inconvénients

      Pay was below industry average. Territory was very large.

      Avantages

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
