Avantages
The pros are limited: cute students, cool coworkers, and lots of Legos. Will look great on your resume because of how overworked you truly are working here
Inconvénients
The cons are not so limited: horrible pay for the amount of hours expected to work, no extra pay for curriculum development, no travel pay, horrible leadership with extreme micromanaging that make getting work done on his schedule impossible, and a horrible outdated business model. If you've never had a job in tech, you can come here for a few months and do more work for way less pay then someone has done at your position in another similar company for many years.
